What can you do?
- Come up with your own spreadsheet that includes what you want to know – Lease costs, speeds, number of paper trays, maintenance costs, costs if you print over the included amount, what is included in the base, total cost to do your average monthly – If you define what you really want to know, it is more difficult to get side tracked.
- If you want new, don’t buy a used copier. If you want a used copier, don’t buy new.
- If you know there is a brand you hate, don’t accept quotes with that brand
- If you want to be able to print a certain kind of document on certain paper, bring it up to the rep.
